1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PESAMINT, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

To use PESAMINT, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of Kenya
• Have a valid M-PESA account
• Complete KYC verification when required
• Provide accurate and truthful information

3. Investment Terms

PESAMINT operates as a peer-to-peer investment matching platform:

• Investment packages: Bronze (KSh 1,000), Silver (KSh 2,500), Diamond (KSh 5,000)
• Investment period: 10 days
• Expected returns: 100% of investment amount (double your money)
• All payments are processed through M-PESA
• Transaction codes must be submitted for verification

4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate M-PESA transaction codes
• Report any suspicious activity immediately
• Not engage in fraudulent activities
• Respect other users and maintain professional conduct

5. Payment & Transaction Verification

All payments must be completed through M-PESA. Users must provide valid transaction codes for verification. PESAMINT reserves the right to verify all transactions and may request additional documentation if fraud is suspected.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between matched users, you may file a dispute through the platform. Our admin team will review all evidence and make a fair decision within 5-7 business days. The decision of PESAMINT admins is final.

7. Platform Fees

PESAMINT may charge a small service fee for facilitating matches and providing platform services. Any fees will be clearly communicated before you complete a transaction.

8. Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that all investments carry risk. While PESAMINT verifies users and facilitates matches, we do not guarantee returns. You invest at your own risk and should only invest amounts you can afford to lose.

9. Account Termination

PESAMINT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
